Astra HQ has one floor you can visit: the warehouse, up on the second floor above the treetops. Kazi, our host, meets you at the lift. This is what you would see.
01 · Arrivals
A problem arrives.
Every box on the carousel carries a real business problem written on its side: missed calls, no-shows, unpaid invoices, no time to post. It comes down the Arrivals chute and rides towards the machine.
02 · The Astra Machine
AI works out what is wrong, and what fixes it.
The box stops inside the machine. The big screen shows each step: analysing the problem, naming it, and choosing the fix, from the AI receptionist to the bookkeeping matcher.
03 · The team check
A person checks every box.
Above the machine sits the booth: five people with headsets. One of them looks at the fix and gives it a thumbs-up before it goes anywhere. That seat marked “You” is yours, because on your project you approve the important things.
04 · Departures
Solved, and on its way.
The box comes out with the problem crossed through and the result written underneath, then leaves through Departures. Around it, the warehouse keeps working: bots carrying parcels, a trolley on its rounds, stock being scanned.
